Andy and I viewed a great location today for Co-Working. We’ll likely post photos over the next day or so but right now we’re wanting to know who will be interested in taking a space. It really is time to put your chips on the table. I’ve also posted a little update on the Digital Circle blog and sent this message onto the OpenCoffee mailing list.

I reckon we can fit 20 people in there which brings the rent down considerably per person - down to £100 per month which is incredibly good. The venue isn’t perfect but nothing other than a custom venue will be and I think it’s important that we put our foot down, stand up and be counted.

At the Digital Island Meetup last Thursday it was argued that the reason broadband in the Republic of Ireland is so poor is that it has yet to be proved by broadband faster than 512 Kbps is needed. The point was made by the panel that unless people get faster connections, that’s impossible to prove - like deciding to build roads after everyone decides they need a car. This is why it’s important to show that it’s time for Belfast to have some sort of Digital Hub - that the people needing it are here waiting.

I have, with the help of BCC, applied for some funding under the Creative Industries Innovation Fund for computer equipment and desking but we don’t have to wait for that in order to get started.

This weeks review in on an article submitter called Unique Article Wizard. UAW is a submitter that is a web based application. At first use the site is very user friendly. Someone with minimal computer skill and knowledge and easily navigate through the site and accomplish the required tasks needed to submit articles.

The unique feature of this article submitter wizard is that it will take an article that you write and turn it into hundreds if not thousands of unique articles. I know it sounds too good to be true, so let me explain how it works. First you write your article. Then you load it into the website. The more paragraphs the better, the system suggests 8 paragraphs.

Once you have the article loaded. The wizard will walk you through rewriting each paragraph 2 times. This gives you 3 different versions of each paragraph. This is how they create all the unique articles form just one. It mixes each of the different versions of each paragraph together to give you the same story but presented many different ways. It really works amazingly well. The new article versions still read very well and do not have a persona of being auto generated.

After rewriting all of the paragraphs you can add multiple reference boxes to each article. You can include back links with keyword anchor text to help your site achieve higher page rankings.

Once all the versions are created UAW takes and automatically submits these articles all over the web for you. To thousands of article sites. This entire process is hands off. You can choose to submit to all of them at once or to just a few a day, it’s up to you. The end result is tons of articles submitted all over the web.

When this review was written, I had 3 days prior written an article on Global Resorts Network vs EDC Gold and Carbon Copy Pro. Just 3 days later I held the number 1 spot on Google for the search term. “Global Resorts Network vs Carbon Copy Pro”. I would say it works very well.
